Delete your account
Request deletion of your ReciPip account and associated data.
You can ask us to permanently delete your account and everything tied to it at any time. We keep the process simple.
How to request deletion
- Email support@recipip.app from the email address on your ReciPip account.
- Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
- We'll verify you own the account, delete it, and confirm by email.

What gets deleted
- Account info — your email, user ID, and profile settings.
- Your content — recipes, meal plans, and grocery lists you created or imported.
- Images you provided — photos of ingredients or recipe pages you scanned.
- Usage & diagnostics — app activity and crash data tied to your account.
What we may keep
Subscription and purchase records required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes may be retained for the period required by law. Anonymized data that cannot identify you may also be kept.
