These Terms govern your use of ReciPip (the “app”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use ReciPip.

1. Who can use ReciPip

You must be at least 13 years old to use ReciPip. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Subscriptions & billing

ReciPip offers an optional paid subscription (“Pip Pro”) with monthly and yearly plans. Core features are available on a free plan with usage limits.
Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings — not within the app. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Any free trial or introductory offer converts to the standard price unless cancelled before it ends. Unused portions of a free period are forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Fair use. Where a plan is described as offering “unlimited” use of a feature (such as recipe imports, scans, or AI generation), “unlimited” is subject to reasonable fair-use and anti-abuse limits. We may set, and adjust, safeguards to prevent automated, excessive, or abusive usage that is not consistent with normal personal use of the app, and to protect the service and its costs. These limits are set generously and are not intended to affect ordinary everyday use.

Prices and plan details are shown in the app before purchase and may change; changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.

4. Your content and imported recipes

ReciPip lets you create, scan, and import recipes and related content from sources you choose (for example, a link, photo, or video you provide). You are responsible for the content you import and confirm that you have the right to use it. You must not use ReciPip to copy or store content in violation of any third party’s intellectual property, or a platform’s terms. You retain ownership of the content you create or provide, and you grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to operate the app for you.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including: attempting to break or overload it, reverse-engineering it, using it to infringe others’ rights, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

6. AI-generated content

ReciPip uses automated and AI tools to generate recipes, images, and nutrition estimates. This content may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not professional nutritional, dietary, medical, or food-safety advice. Always use your own judgement — check ingredients for allergens, follow safe food-handling and cooking practices, and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

7. Our intellectual property

The ReciPip app, its name, logo, and design are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without permission.

8. Disclaimers

ReciPip is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will be accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the app or reliance on generated content.

10. Termination

You may stop using ReciPip and delete your account at any time via our account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the app.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
